The site provides information, design-to-print workflow introduction, and presentation related to customized printing and made-to-order printed materials.

・Production Process

1. Customers select a product style on our website and download the corresponding artwork template.

2. Customers submit their artwork files. Our team reviews and confirms the print readiness of the artwork.

3. Once the artwork meets printing standards, payment will be requested.

4. Sample production.

5. Image proof or physical sample confirmation.

6. Mass production.

7. Products are shipped to customers by air.

        8.    Provide tracking number.

・Production time:

Production usually takes approximately one week.

International shipping typically takes two weeks to one month, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

・Return & Exchange Policy

As all products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

If there is a quality issue, customers must submit clear photos of the defective item within one week after receiving the product.

After confirmation, the item will be reproduced and reshipped.

Defective items do not need to be returned.

For certain ready-made items, orders may be handled through external platforms such as BOOTH.
